Multi Skills(Pvt.) Ltd. was established in the year 1999 with an aim to provide Nepalese youth with market driven technical job skills and training that would enable them to secure steady, well-paying jobs not only in Nepal but in the Global market making them productive members of the society. The institute is located at Dadhikot, Bhaktapur. Over the period of almost 20 years, the institute has trained over 20,000 candidates in various construction linked trades such as Scaffolding, Plumbing and Sanitation, Carpentry, Masonry, Bar-bending, Tile and Marble installation, Electrical (House and Industrial) wiring, House Keeping, Aluminum Fabrication, and Welding, etc.

The trained candidates are now either self-employed or employed in national and international markets.Multi Skills Pvt. Ltd. is one of the few large private training institutes in the country that has its own robust physical infrastructure and commendable stock of tools and equipment required for imparting proper training.

The institute is affiliated with Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).  It has also partnered with the country’s one of the finest construction companies M/s CE Construction Pvt. Ltd. for on the Job training and Job placement for competent candidates.

 Training Methodology:

The classes are run based on the curriculum criteria and standards set by the CTEVT and NSTB.  The students are provided with the resources of multimedia facilities and relevant course materials and hand-outs.  All the safety rules of PPE are strictly followed and required equipment is provided by the training center.

In order to focus on training competencies, our trainers ensure students’ progress and provide developmental feedback so that every individual is competent and confident.

Since the inception of Multi Skills, the provision of vocational skills training to migrant workers has been its top priority. Moreover, besides the technical skills, we also focus on developing cognitive abilities, occupational skills, and soft skills useful to the world of work. We believe that effective capacity-building also improves the performance of our institution, trainers, and the trained.

Training Programs

  1. Long Term Courses

Multi Skills Pvt. Ltd. is affiliated to CTEVT for Sub-overseer level (TSLC) courses in 2 different engineering faculties. At the same time, this curriculum aims to offering ample opportunity for employment in the related sector.

  • TSLC in Civil Engineering:

The curriculum of this course focuses on jobs required to be performed by the Sub-Overseer                level in the construction sectors. It is related to construction engineering, technology        of building construction, water supply,irrigation, sanitation, road and trail bridgessectors.

  • TSLC in Electrical Engineering

The curriculum of this course focuses on basic electrical works so as to contribute to the         national streamlining with installing, maintaining, and repairing power, lighting, and control    systems in residential and commercial properties as well as repair and maintenance of    electrical devices.

The targeted students for the TSLC program are the ones who have appeared in the SLC exam and achieved any GPA and any grade in each subject. The curriculum of TSLC has been designed into 12 months of institutional and 6 months of On the Job Training (OJT).

 Donor funded program

Multi Skills Pvt. Ltd. also conducts donor-funded free trainingprograms in the most demanded and highest paid 100% job guaranteed courses. The trainingis organized according to the guideline and schedule provided by the donors. Under the donor-funded program all food, lodging, and training materials are provided free of cost.

 Multi Skills Pvt. Ltd. provides the venue and logistic facilities to local manpower agencies for conducting interview sessions and trade tests for foreign employment. This gives an opportunity to the trainees of Multi skill to participate in those tests and interview sessions conveniently and also increases the chance of gaining foreign employment much easier.

Our wide network with the foreign employment agencies operating both locally and abroad leverages the chances of foreign employment of our trainees much faster. Besides that, we stay in constant touch with all our past and present trainees so that whenever the job demands arrive and the interviews are scheduled through various manpower companies.
